Who is ready for a month full of fun activities which celebrate dogs? We are! Welcome to Pawsitivity Month!
We are so pleased to be bringing you a month filled with so many great activities which help us all to celebrate our own dogs and to also help stray dogs in need too. Usually we are welcoming you all down to our centres in person to enjoy a great day out with your four-legged friends in tow but sadly this is not the case for 2020, due to circumstances out of our control we have had to cancel many of our face to face fundraising events.
Pawsitivity month has been put in place to help us bring much of the fun from our Family Fun Days, or as much as we can, to you in the comfort of your own home. We cannot replace the great atmosphere that you get from our events but we can bring you some of the activities that we know you enjoy and those that help us raise vital funds for the stray dogs.
So what do we have planned for you during Pawsitivity month? Let’s take a look!
Fun Dog Show
Bringing you the very popular Fun Dog Show now online! For a small donation of £1 per class you can upload a photo for each class and then sit back and wait for the judging to commence! We still have the amazing rosettes and prizes to give out too!

Birmingham Dogs Home is about helping stray dogs find happier tomorrows, we love seeing our dogs in their happy homes and this is when we want you to share your stories with us. If you have rescued a dog from us, share your story, if you have a dog that has changed your life, tell us!
Pawsitivity Month is all about celebrating dogs, so if you have something to share about your dog make sure you share it with us when you see the posts! Photos videos and stories – we want to hear them!
Take a look inside our centres – see our dogs and find out what our teams get up to on a daily basis behind the scenes.
