BDH Puppies Join Ed & Gemma on Heart West Midlands
Posted: August 24, 2017
We had some very excited puppies on Wednesday 23rd August - They were off on a day out to see Ed and Gemma on Heart West Midlands Breakfast Show in the city.
To help raise awarness for all our dogs that come into our care the team at the show wanted to have them in to talk about our work and to also make their listeners smile by putting them on Facebook LIVE for 1 hour.
The Gorgeous Elvis, who was still looking for a new home - was the star of the show! He stole the hearts of everyone in the Heart studio. We just had to make sure we counted the puppies before we left!
These puppies were found in a park with just a box to keep them safe. No mum, no food and no water. We think they were a week old when they were found which meant they had to be hand reared by our team members. It is always touch and go with puppies this young but they were little fighters and are loving life to the full now thanks to our fantastic team at BDH.
We would just like to thank the team at Heart West Midlands for allowing our puppies to come in the studio and for also raising much needed awareness for our stray dogs.
We hope you all enjopy the video - we will keep you all updated on how the puppies get on in their new homes.
