We are only able to show a small selection of the many dogs available for rehoming, and the information provided on each dog is for guideline purposes only. For more information on each dog, or to view all the dogs available for adoption, please visit our rehoming centres directly.
Working at Birmingham Dogs Home can be a very rewarding experience in the knowledge that you are helping to make a real difference to the stray and neglected dogs in our care. We encourage personal development and offer a variety of staff training courses.
CV's are NOT accepted as a form of application
How to apply
- Application forms and a detailed job description can be obtained by emailing the relevant address advertised on the job vacancy or by contacting the relevant home and we will send one to you.
- Send your completed application to the address on the form quoting the job vacancy you are applying for. Completed application forms will only be accepted if received by the closing date.
- Please note that as a charity, in order to contain costs, we are unable to acknowledge individual applications.
- If you DO NOT hear from us within 2 weeks of the closing date, please assume you were unsuccessful on this occasion.
PLEASE NOTE: As we have two separate rehoming centres, if more than one vacancy is being advertised and you wish to apply to work at both centres, you will have to complete two separate applications forms and send them to the relevant email address advertised for that vacancy
