Why not let your legacy live on by donating a gift in a Will?
It is without doubt that a gift from your Will could make the difference of life and death to abandoned dogs in the West Midlands and the very survival of Birmingham Dogs' Home.
Making a Will is also vitally important if you wish to ensure that your property and valuable possessions are passed on to those you love or to those whom you wish to benefit from it.
Gifts in Wills, or legacies are we may better recognise them, are and have been a vital lifeline to Birmingham Dogs' Home since its inception, without which we would not have survived. The receipt of a legacy donation is quite frankly an essential part of funding the home and provides the vast majority of income to ensure the care for thousands of abandoned and lost dogs which we care for year in year out.

It is advisable to seek out a solicitor to help you if you wish to draw up a Will. They can assist to make it an easier process and can point out the way to ensure your Will is clear and unambiguous and that any gift for charities are officially stated. - a sum of money (a 'pecuniary legacy')
- a share in some of the whole of the estate (a 'residuary legacy')
A Gift in a Will - just how it helps us
